watch OUT FOOD NETWORK, HERE COMES "the simple gourmet"

Mt. Blue Community Access TV has a brand new series called “The Simple Gourmet”.  Join Stan Wheeler of Farmington, as he demonstrates how to prepare some simple yet elegant meals.  Each show will focus on simple cooking techniques that even a beginner will find easy.  So far, he has prepared some Asian dishes like sushi (and yes, it is actually very simple to do and very delicious), along with a great chicken recipe.  Stan also promotes local foods and produce from this area.  After watching this show you can start cooking gourmet meals for your family and friends.  Click here to watch “The Simple Gourmet”
